Features
1.  High-Resolution Melting(HRM).  A technique, based on high resolution (0.1oC increment) melting of amplified products in the presence specific fluorescent dsDNA-binding dye, used for mutation scanning and genotyping without labeled probes.
2.  Short running time.  For 5-30ul, 40 cycles can be finished within 40 mins.
3.  Short readout time. 96 well plate can be detected within 1 seconds.
