Introduction
The 24HT is a 24-column and high throughput synthesizer. The 24HT Synthesizer is an economical and versatile platform that is ideal for synthesizing primers and probes, fluorescently-labeled oligos, and production synthesis with rapid cycle times, low reagent consumption, and incomparable reliability. It has a cycle times of less than 5 minutes for 24 couplings. It fits compactly in most workspaces, and easily synthesizes sequences with lengths greater than 50-mer at scales of 40 nmol, 0.2 μmol, and 1 μmol.
